एक दुःखद घटना में, अरुणाचल प्रदेश के कामेंग में हिमस्खलन की चपेट में आने के बाद एक गश्ती दल के सात भारतीय सेना के जवान शहीद हो गए।
भारतीय सेना ने मंगलवार को कहा कि अरुणाचल प्रदेश के पश्चिम कामेंग जिले में भारत-चीन सीमा पर एक हिमस्खलन की चपेट में आने के बाद लापता हुए सात सैनिकों के शव मिल गए हैं।

सात सैनिक 19वीं जम्मू और कश्मीर राइफल्स के थे, जो भारतीय सेना की एक पैदल सेना रेजिमेंट है।
14,500 फीट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित इस इलाके में पिछले कुछ दिनों से खराब मौसम के साथ भारी बर्फबारी हो रही थी।
सेना ने कहा, “सैनिकों के शवों को आगे की औपचारिकताओं के लिए हिमस्खलन स्थल से निकटतम सैन्य चिकित्सा सुविधा में स्थानांतरित किया जा रहा है।”
राजनीतिक नेताओं सहित देश के लोगों ने इस घटना के प्रति गहरा दुःख व्यक्त किया और परिवारों के प्रति गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त की।
