कांग्रेस नेता प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने बुधवार को कहा कि यह तय करना एक महिला का अधिकार है कि वह क्या पहनना चाहती हैं। भारतीय संविधान द्वारा अधिकार की गारंटी दी गई है, कांग्रेस महासचिव ने कहा कि एक महिला बिकनी, घूंघट, जींस की एक जोड़ी या हिजाब पहनना चुन सकती है।

Of course freedom of choice of girls/women needs to be respected. But Bikni can’t be a school/college dress. Every student be it Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian needs to respect school uniform. Let’s save girls and women from being oppressed.

You've right to wear bikini. You don't have right to wear bikini in a mosque or a school as fundamental rights are not absolute. They're subjected to public order and other issues.
Constitution gives right to wear Hijab. Same constitution empowers colleges to decide dress codes.
